Speaking straight to my heart. Umbria is one of my favorite regions of italy. From the food (strangozzi, boar carpaccio) the wine. Paolo is the best expression of the area. For me he is the producer that I hold up to any other umbrian wine as comparison. I also love Scacciadiavoli. Hard to say easy to drink.
